What can be better than sated mushrooms with cream cheese, basil, garlic and dhyllo dough?
Ingredients -
10 Sheets Phyllo Pastry
8 Pints Mushrooms (chopped)
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic
2 Tablespoons Basil (chopped)
Salt to Taste
Cooking Spray
1/4 Cup Shallot (chopped)
1 Cup Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Pepper
1 Package Melba Toast
1 Defrost Phyllo
Preparation:
1. Defrost Phyllo.
2. Chop Mushrooms in Processor.
3. Sauté mushrooms, shallots and garlic.
4. Cook until juice evaporates.
5. Combine with the rest.
6. Lay down a phyllo sheet in a pan.
7. Spray with cooking spray.

Cremini Mushrooms
For the mushrooms you can use any that you prefer. I have used shitake mushrooms and it turned out so amazing but oyster mushrooms as well and it tastes great!

Shallots
If you don’t have shallots then you can substitute with onions. Only use ¼ of a cup instead.
